Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy on Products

  • Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to delivery or pick up time
  • There will be no refund if cancellation made in less than 48 hours
  • A minimum 25% of the product rental will be charged as cancellation fees.
  • The balance will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

Cancellation policy on Services

  • Cancellation must be made 72 hours prior to the event
  • There will be no refund if cancellation made in less than 72 hours
  • A minimum of 50% of the service billing will be charged as cancellation fees
  • The balance will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days.

Return Policy

  • We will accept returns within 10 days from the date you received your purchase.
  • All returned items must include the shipping receipt
  • Return shipping charges are not refundable
  • All returns will be credited to the original form of payment
  • All items should be in new condition, unused, and in original packaging
  • Non-returnable items cannot be returned

Refund Policy

  • There will be no refund on products and services
  • But if we receive payment for the same product twice by the same client then the refund will be done through the same source within 10 working days

Replacement Policy

You will be eligible to get a replacement if

  • Our examination of the product shows a defect that qualifies the product for replacement
  • A replacement request is made within 5 (five) days of receipt of the delivery of the order
  • The product has been received in its unused, original condition; and
  • The product has been received in the original product packaging along with supportingdocumentation such as receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that replacement is subject to availability of a suitable replacement.

Please note that this policy only covers replacements for eligible products that are defective, or arenot shipped as ordered. It will not cover routine product wear and tear, damage incurred during useor any other forms of damage and will not, in any event, entitle you to a refund, whether partial orotherwise.

Delivery/Shipping Policy

In the shopping cart, you will receive an Estimated Delivery Date. Please note that this is not aguaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency ofdeliveries to the delivery zip code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to thedelivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.
