   Bunny Bash is a team of experienced, creative and dedicated professionals with 10+ years of experience in corporate, MICE events, setup creation, and party entertainment.

2. How much time do you need to plan a surprise party?

   Sooner the better. Being Bangalore’s preferred and favourite birthday party planner our slots get occupied soon! Also a full fledged custom birthday party requires pre- approvals like food testing, artist selection, custom crafts, custom return gifts, pre-photoshoot, baker selection, and custom photo booth preparation.

3. Can you replicate the theme I have selected from the Internet?

   We love experimenting with our crafts and replicating your dream choice, but producing 100% copy may not be possible due to differences in event props rentals, non-availability of props in Bangalore or India, and set designer creativity.

4. What all payment modes do you offer?

   We accept UPI transfer, bank transfer, cheque, bank draft, credit cards, debit cards, and cash. We provide EMI facility as well.

5. Can I only book photography or entertainment services?

   You can create your own custom packages as per your choice or budget! Or choose only single services like party artists, food stalls, photoshoot, or prop rentals. Check our rental section for more details.

Transportation adds 25% extra cost to your budget

Simple balloon decoration is convenient and easy. Balloon decorator can commute through local transports or two wheelers to reach your venue, but carrying props, collecting relatable props from different party rental vendors, manpower for mantling and dismantling the backdrop or entry arches needs commercial transportation to and from the venue which adds up to the cost.

Plan well in advance

Plan at least 20-25 days well in advance, keeping room for vendor change, theme changes, or change in venue due to weather or social conditions. Buffer time allows your party planner to experiment with ideas and book the best freelancers and professionals like party artists, stall vendors and photographers for your party.

Balloon decorator plays with balloons to create different structures like garland, arches, pillars, backdrop, and characters. They can twist balloons to create different creatures and things but the party planner is aware about the color combinations, color tones, pastel v/s chromes, relatable props, comparative sizes, theme based games, thematic gifts and return gifts and more….

Common themes v/s Niche themes

Fast moving cartoon characters themes are cost effective in comparison to niche themes like fairy world, 3D jungle theme, airspace theme, 3D underwater theme and so on. Cartoon characters themes like superheroes, boss baby, unicorn, jungle theme, prince or princess themes are mostly based on reusable cutouts and related foil balloons, thus they are cost effective and easy to set up.

Indoor v/s Outdoor Setup

Skeleton of indoor and outdoor theme setup is entirely different. For outdoor setup we need more frames and base to keep our props in place. Wind speed and direction plays an important role in deciding the props and backdrop. Arrangement of electrical points, ladder to reach heights, alternate power arrangements in case of power failure, safe corners for placement of stall games and ample lighting arrangements for picture perfect moments are common for both indoor and outdoor setup

At Home v/s Commercial Venues

If you are residing at a gated community then make sure to seek necessary permissions for party planners and vendors to operate hassle free. Arrange for gate pass and material entry and exit checkup to avoid unnecessary issues. Make sure to arrange the local authority permissions and PPL (Public Performance License) if you are planning your birthday party at a public or commercial venue.
