Ultimate Guide To Feel Fit Before Your Bachelorette Party

ultimate guide to feel fit before your bachelorette party

Is your Bachelorette party marked on your calendar? Nothing tastes as good as being fit feels! It’s time to sweat to make your outside match your inner soul. You can confidently carry yourself with or without clothes when you feel comfortable under your skin. Let’s make each click and clip fab and memorable. Whether you will be rocking with bodycon grabbed in Bengaluru, donning an itty-bitty bikini on the Goa or Gokarna beach or slipping into a cocktail dress for a big night out in the city, stick to the below rules for eight weeks before the party. In two weeks, you will feel it; in four weeks, you will see it; in eight weeks, you will hear it.

Do it for ‘holy shit, You got hot.’

Start with a plan: Create a realistic plan to achieve your fitness goals. It may involve a combination of healthy eating, exercise, and self-care. Show the transformation over Pinterest and Instagram. Let them open their mouths and say, ” Look like a beauty train like a motherfuckn beast. Losing weight makes you look good in clothes; exercise makes you look good naked.

Cut on salt and sugar: Reduce the sodium and sugar intake. Limit sugary drinks like soda, juices, sweetened tea and coffee drinks. Try swapping them for water, herbal tea, or unsweetened coffee or tea. Experiment with herbs and spices to add flavour without relying on salt. Many packaged and processed foods contain high amounts of salt and sugar. Get into the habit of reading food labels to make informed choices.

Eat a healthy diet: Eating a well-balanced diet can help you feel energized and ready for your party. Focus on whole, unprocessed foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid sugary and high-fat foods, leaving you feeling sluggish and tired. Cook at home allows you to control the amount of salt and sugar in your food. Experiment with herbs and spices to add flavour without relying on salt.

Exercise regularly: Exercise can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve your mood, and boost your energy levels. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week. Find a form of exercise you enjoy, whether it’s yoga, running, cardio, Pilates, Barre or swimming, and aim to do it regularly.

Cardio is excellent for burning calories and increasing endurance. Barre workouts combine ballet-inspired movements with Pilates and yoga to help tone and sculpt your body. They can be a fun and challenging way to get in shape before the ‘Last fling before the ring’ party.

Practice self-care: Take time for yourself to relax and destress. It may involve taking a bubble bath, meditating, or walking in nature. Staying hydrated is essential for feeling your best. Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Aim to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water each day. Treat yourself to a massage, facial, or other spa treatment to help you relax and feel pampered. Getting enough rest is crucial to help you look and feel your best. Aim to get at least 7-8 hours of sleep each night in the weeks leading up to your bachelorette party day.

Your eight-week mantra will be ‘Gotta Squat Before I Tie A Knot.’

Remember, self-care is essential not just before your wedding but also after. Taking care of yourself will help you start your marriage on the right foot, feeling happy, healthy, and energized.
