These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of bunnybash.in and to any experience, rental or service you book with Bunny Bash. By using the website or confirming a booking, you agree to them.
1. About us
Bunny Bash Events And Rentals (“Bunny Bash”, “we”, “us”) is a sole proprietorship based at 22/1 Doddiah Layout, Kalkere Main Road, Opposite Krishna Haven Apartment, Horamavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560043. We design and deliver brand, corporate and personal experiences, and rent decor and props.
2. Using the website
- Content on this website, including photos, designs, text and the Shape Your Experience tool, is for your personal, non-commercial use. Please do not copy or reuse it without our written permission.
- Ideas and photos show the kind of work we do. Each experience is made to order, so final designs, materials and colours may differ.
- Estimates shown on Shape Your Experience are indicative only. They are not a quote or an offer.
3. Proposals and bookings
- After understanding your brief, we share a written proposal with the scope, inclusions, price and payment schedule.
- A booking is confirmed only when you accept the proposal in writing (email or WhatsApp is fine) and we receive the advance stated in it.
- Dates are held only once a booking is confirmed.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and GST is charged as applicable.
4. Payments
- The advance, balance and due dates are set out in your proposal or invoice.
- Unless your proposal says otherwise, the full amount must be paid before the event begins.
- If payments are delayed, we may pause preparation or, where needed, treat the booking as cancelled by you under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
5. Changes to your booking
- Changes to scope, guest count, timing or venue should be requested in writing as early as possible.
- Changes depend on availability and may change the price. We will confirm any revised cost before going ahead.
- Items made specially for your event, or orders already placed with vendors, may not be changeable.
6. What we need from you
- Accurate details about the event, venue, timings and guest count.
- Access to the venue for setup and dismantling at the agreed times, and any permissions the venue or society requires.
- Power, water and parking where needed, unless your proposal says we will arrange them.
- Supervision of children and guests, especially around props, installations, activities and open flames.
- Telling us about any food allergies or dietary needs when food is part of the experience.
7. Rentals, props and installations
- Rented decor and props remain our property and must be returned in the condition they were given.
- Loss of, or damage to, rented items beyond normal wear may be charged at repair or replacement cost.
- Please do not move, alter or remove installations without our team.
8. Vendors, artists and venues
Some parts of an experience may be delivered by trusted partners, such as artists, food partners or venues. We coordinate them carefully, but their own terms may also apply. Where a venue is booked directly by you, the venue’s rules apply.
9. Photos and videos
We may photograph and film our setups to show our work. We focus on the design and will not publish identifiable photos of you, your guests or any child without your permission. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail. If you prefer that we do not photograph your event at all, please tell us before the event.
10. Things outside our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as extreme weather, natural disasters, government orders, strikes, venue closures or utility failures. In such cases we will work with you to reschedule or adjust the experience in good faith.
11. Our responsibility
We take care in everything we deliver. To the extent permitted by law, our total responsibility for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you have paid us for that booking. We are not responsible for indirect losses, or for loss or damage caused by guests, the venue or third parties.
12. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka. We will always try to resolve concerns with you directly first.
