- DIY rentals and quick celebration services via Quikii
⚠️ We do not operate on fixed packages. All services are custom-curated based on client requirements and references.
4. Booking & Confirmation Policy
- A booking is confirmed only after advance payment
- Verbal discussions or WhatsApp conversations do not confirm bookings
- Dates are blocked strictly on a first-payment basis
- We reserve the right to decline projects that do not align with our brand standards
5. Pricing Policy
- Pricing is dynamic and based on customization, materials, scale, and execution complexity
- Any shared estimate is indicative unless finalized in writing
- Premium materials, imported props, and customization costs are non-negotiable
- Last-minute changes may lead to additional charges
6. Payment Terms
- Minimum 50% advance to confirm booking
- Remaining payment must be cleared before or on event day (prior to execution)
- Delay in payment may lead to delay or cancellation of services
- All payments are non-transferable
7. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances
- Rescheduling is subject to:
- Availability
- Minimum prior notice
- Additional charges (if applicable)
- In case of cancellation by client:
- No refund will be provided
- Costs incurred for materials, production, and logistics will not be reversed
8. Quikii Services (quikii.in)
Quikii operates as a quick booking and execution platform under Bunny Bash:
- Services include decor, DIY kits, surprises, rentals, and experiences
- Orders may be fulfilled via WhatsApp-based booking system
- Timelines are fast-track and execution-dependent
- Limited customization may apply for quick services
9. Client Responsibilities
The client agrees to:
- Provide accurate event details (date, time, venue, access permissions)
- Ensure venue readiness and necessary approvals
- Arrange power supply, space clearance, and permissions
- Be present or assign a representative during execution
10. Venue & Third-Party Coordination
- Bunny Bash is not responsible for venue mismanagement, delays, or third-party failures
- Coordination with venue staff is expected from client unless agreed otherwise
11. Damage & Liability
- Any damage to Bunny Bash props, rentals, or setup due to:
- Guest mishandling
- Venue negligence
- Weather or external factors
Will be charged to the client
12. Delays & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays caused due to:
- Weather conditions
- Traffic or logistical disruptions
- Government restrictions
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond control
13. Intellectual Property
- All designs, concepts, setups, and creatives remain intellectual property of Bunny Bash
- Unauthorized replication, copying, or vendor sharing is strictly prohibited
14. Media & Usage Rights
- We reserve the right to:
- Capture photos/videos of the event
- Use content for marketing, social media, and portfolio
If the client requires privacy, it must be communicated in writing before the event
15. Communication Policy
- Primary communication is via WhatsApp Business and email
- Clients are expected to respond timely for smooth execution
- Delayed responses may impact delivery timelines
16. Service Refusal Rights
We reserve the right to:
- Decline or cancel services if:
- Client behavior is inappropriate
- Requirements are unrealistic or unclear
- Brand alignment is not met
17. Limitation of Liability
- Bunny Bash’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client
- We are not responsible for indirect losses, emotional dissatisfaction, or expectations mismatch beyond agreed deliverables
18. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under Bengaluru jurisdiction only.
19. Updates to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of services implies acceptance of revised Terms.
