Before you rent or buy
Should we rent or own it?
Rent if you are running a single event or trying this for the first time: we host everything and you pay per event. Own it if you run events regularly: we install it on your server and WhatsApp number, you pay once, and yearly maintenance is optional. Part of your last rental fee counts towards buying it.
Whose WhatsApp number sends the messages?
When you rent, messages go from our shared Event Updates number, showing your event’s name. When you own the system, they go from your own verified WhatsApp Business number, which we help you set up.
Who pays for the WhatsApp messages?
Meta charges a small fee for each business message. On a rental we pass this on at actual cost; when you own the system, you pay Meta directly.
How soon can it be ready?
At least 7 days before the event for invites, RSVP and check-in. Allow 10 to 14 days when you add the event web app, live sessions or streaming.
What do you need from us?
Your event details, logo and colours, the agenda and speakers, and your attendee list (or we collect registrations for you). For WhatsApp, a confirmation that your attendees agreed to be contacted.
What happens to attendee data?
It is used only for your event. On a rental we export it to you after the event and delete it from our server within 30 days. When you own the system, the data stays on your server.
Do you support us on the event day?
Yes. Every rental includes event-day support on WhatsApp and by phone, and we can add on-site check-in staff.
How do we pay?
50% when you book and the balance 7 days before the event. Prices exclude GST.
